Utilizing a newly developed high-efficiency rotor (non-contact, bladeless), it achieves vacuum with energy savings. Of course, it is oil-free. Additionally, it achieves improved sound quality and quiet operation due to the non-contact design. ■Newly developed high-efficiency rotor (non-contact). The vacuum pump creates a vacuum by drawing air out from a specific space. The newly developed high-efficiency rotor structure minimizes energy loss due to its non-contact design with the cylinder, and since it does not use oil inside the pump, it provides clean air economically. Furthermore, it significantly improves maintenance. ■High-efficiency twin rotor achieves large flow rates with low power consumption. The non-contact oil-free pump does not require excessive power. It achieves exhaust efficiency that surpasses vane-type pumps, generating 1.7 times the flow rate with the same power. ■Overhaul cycle significantly extended. Consumables are limited to seals in the sliding parts, achieving a long lifespan.
